When a machine's property pages are opened explicitly using the Properties/Connect method, the system is polled for knowledge of other systems on its local network. The list is rest each time the program restarts.

Site Access
Currently shipping: Version 1.00.006
Site Access is a remote administration tool used to automatically download game log information from systems located at one or more sites and store it in a Microsoft Access database. Site Access includes built-in game log reporting tools and automated connection management for access to diagnostic and configuration information for configured sites and systems. Each site must be configured with Remote Access and have a dedicated dial-in access line. This program is under development and is currently in testing internally at MaxFlight. The current version requires considerable manual database setup to initially configure a site for remote administration. For that reason, we are not making it available yet to customers. When we have completed the configuration and setup portion, it will be available. The tentative date we expect to release this software is late February 1999, but is subject to adjustment. Please contact your sales representative if you have an interest in obtaining this software when it is available.
Version 1.00.006, Released 22 January 1999Corrected update of site connection date/time when a local file is imported belonging to a site. Previously, the date/time was not updated properly.
Changed processing of remote log files to use the local copy rather than reading directly from the remote system. This minimizes the access time of the remote file.
Version 1.00.005, Released 16 December 1998First internal release of the site access utility.
